A. Yes. In addition to the checklist of retrofit measures that is used to calculate the grant, the energy advisor provides the homeowner with an EnerGuide rating and label for the house, before and after renovations.

To qualify for the Home Energy Retrofit Program, the post-retrofit verification audit must be completed after June 20, 2007.
